Hi-Tech’s production facilities in Zhong Shan is equipped with over 140 heads compressing molding machines ranging from 150 to 300 tons; 4 Auto-Spraying Lines; 4 Laser Etching Machines; and an Auto Assembly line for P+R Keycap, enabling its high effective production in molding; protective coating, laser marking and P+R processing. Hi-Tech maintains minimal production loss with its comprehensive working instruction manual complemented by experienced on-line inspectors’ supervision and skillful PE team. The company’s production efficiency is accelerated to the maximum capacity of 10 million pieces per month.

Tooling Development

Hi-Tech employs the latest software support such as Pro-Engineer, Master Cam, Solidworks in tooling design and development. The tooling room is equipped with 10 sets of CNC & EDM machines for mold making and Smartscope and XY Co-ordinator for testing, which promise short time tooling development with high precision.
