NEW PRODUCTION PLANT IN OPERATION

Zhongshan, PRC – June 1, 2004

Hi-Tech Silicone Rubber announced the commencement of operation on June 1, 2004 of its new production plant, continuing Hi-Tech's commitment to flexible and efficient manufacturing, and high-quality products for its customers. The facility is located in the Torch High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Zhongshan , China.

Housed in a 3000 square meter expansion, the new plant consists of an office and quality control building, plastic-rubber keypads production lines, warehouse and engineering facilities. Along with Hi-Tech's original development and plastic-rubber keypads information functions, this now gives Hi-Tech Silicone Rubber an integrated base for development and production in China . Equipped with highly sophisticated production equipment and quality control systems, the production facility will have an initial capacity of more than 6 million per year.

The new plant will diversify and broaden the company's business specializing in the production of plastic-rubber keypads that offer higher performance and more advanced features. Further investment to improve Hi-Tech's existing facilities at the K.S. Plant, also located in Zhongshan, is also on the way in order to optimize the company's global supply capability. Hi-Tech's goal is to keep its keypad plants among the most efficient, clean and flexible in the industry.
